Join us for a mid week 5-10 miles in Redwood Regional Park at a moderate pace.
A route will be decided on prior to departing, and we may split into pace groups depending on who shows up to accommodate desired paces and distances. The trails in Redwood are well marked, and there are usually options for extending or shortening runs.
Everyone is expected to be self-sufficient and prepared to return to the parking lot on their own. Please bring your own map, hydration, fuel, electrolytes. There is water at the trail head, and sometimes printed maps available as well.
A headlamp or flashlight is optional for this run (during summer months), it should still be daylight by the time we finish.
