Carlsbad Rail Trail Tuesday Speedwork
Want to get stronger, have faster turnover, work on form and speed? This is the place to be on Tuesday morning. Doing it together makes it so much better.
We start at the north end of the Coastal Rail Trail at Oak & State St. right by the Railroad Tracks. (505 Oak Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008). Park at the Succulent cafe/street parking. (Do not park behind the gates).
Bring water and a smile! Workout starts at 6:15am. Please warm up OYO (on your own) beforehand to help prevent injuries and prepare your mind and body for the work.

There are always 10-20 runners, although most of them are not members of Meetup. Its a great group of men and women who welcome anyone and everyone who is new, old, fast or slow!
We always have coffee afterwards and many of us train for triathlon too. Visit our website at www.10MW.com.
Hope you come join us!
