Sac Millennial QT-Pi's

This is a group for folks in Sacramento County celebrating the intersection of being Millennials, LGBTQIAP2S+, ENM (polyam, open, RA, etc.).

We sit at the cultural crux of of gender, sexuality, and relationship structure minorities (GRSM), while having the lived experience as Millennials - with "once in a lifetime" after "once in a lifetime" events.

This group is an opportunity to come together, bond over shared culture, inside jokes, lament the return of 90's fashion, and connect with other like-minded folks.

My hope is that this group can host a variety of events, at a variety of venues, to honor the lived experiences of folks within the group. This may mean Saturday board games at a coffee shop or going as a group to a weeknight bar trivia night. More than anything, my hope is that folks will feel welcomed, come together, and find connection.

A Few Important Notes:
- Power, Privilege, and Locationality are real. This group is run by a white person. The impact this may have on potential BIPOC members is not lost on me. I can't guarantee safety, but what I can and will do is effort toward security and listen where I have room to improve.
- Purpose: This is a group for community building. This is NOT a dating group.
- Consent: This group centers consent - ask first and obtain enthusiastic consent prior to DMing, physical contact at events, etc. The exception to this rule is that group members may reach out to the Admin without prior consent, when the contact is specific to the group (not a personal ask).
- Group Committment: By virtue of being a social and public group, we can't guarantee anonymity or confidentiality. We ask that group members respect the privacy of others in the group - which includes (but is not limited to) not outing people, not re-sharing personal information that has been shared in group spaces, and NOT posting photos to social media of group activities or group members without the explicit permission of everyone in the photo.
