It's California Freethought Day's Volunteer Dinner and Prep Night
Before the big weekend, we need all kinds of volunteers to help prepare.
Volunteers will arrive at the Reason Center anytime between 4 PM and 6:30 PM to help get things going. Tasks include:
- stapling programs,
- pressing buttons,
- folding t-shirts
- assembling gift bags,
- wrapping auction items,
- and more!
Volunteers of all ages are welcome.
🍕 Pizza (and more) is served at 6:30 PM.
We usually wrap up around 8:30 PM, but volunteers can leave any time.

Want to volunteer in other ways? We also need help on October 11 (Sunday) with setup, teardown, and everything in between — and on October 12 (Monday) unloading our truck at Reason Center. Click here to view all available shifts.
🥪 Volunteers with 4+ hours in October will receive a complimentary lunch on Sunday at the main event.
👕 Volunteers with 6+ hours will receive a complimentary t-shirt.
