Group Requirements
For the safety of our members, your name (your first name at minimum) and a clear, front-facing profile photo of yourself is required. A photo also helps everyone recognize one another at events.
We review membership requests to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Paid Event Refund Policy
To receive a refund, cancellations must be requested at least 5 full days prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued within 5 days of the event, as commitments to vendors, restaurants, travel hosts, etc are finalized during this time.

Group RSVP/Event Attendance Rule
If your plans change, please update your RSVP at least 2 hours before the event. Members who miss this three times may be removed from the group. We appreciate your consideration and respect for the time and effort that goes into organizing these events.
