Location & Parking

📍 Atman Health & Wellness Center
1515 19th St, Suite 200, Sacramento
• Plan ahead for parking
• Free parking is available on the right side of the building
• Additional street parking is available
• Studio behind Bens Barketplace

Etiquette
• Accomadate effective mat spacing for all
• Respect the quiet—once doors are locked at 7:45 PM, no knocking as late entry is not allowed
• Enter in calm manner without disrupting others

Snoring
If you tend to snore, you may gently get a tap on your foot to avoid disrupting others. Sitting up or leaning against a wall may help if you are prone.

It is common to drift off—sound baths are deeply relaxing. You still receive the healing, even in sleep. Alternatively, you may stay conscious/present by following the sounds for a mindfulness practice.

Outside Sounds
Sometimes external sounds may arise from outside. Instead of resisting them, use them as a practice of nonattachment & follow your Bretag or the he’sling sounds. Let go of distractions—this is a practice of being present for all things in life.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send a message. I look forward to holding space with you!
