Clovis Fest is upon us soon! Clovis Fest is a great event put on by the city of Clovis every year. Vendors, music, events, lots of great people, good restaurants, and best of all, Hot Air Balloons!! I don't have all the details as of yet or the number of crew we need, but I will update this Meetup as I get information. For those of you who want to stay, there are several hotels in the area but you're on your own with that part. Also, please remember that RSVP'ing and not showing up is a no-no. This takes away from people who want to go and be part of the festivities. Another thing that comes up constantly, is people show up and EXPECT a ride. Now while I do try to get crew members up in the air, there's generally a rule that previous pilots adhered to and that I follow. The rule: crew three times and that moves you to the top of the ride list. Also, another thing to remember, is that there are sponsors who sponsor the event and they will be given rides weather depending. If you have any questions or concerns, please send me a message.
