Announcements - 5:45pm
Warmup - 1 mile
Workout - 4 to 5 sets (800 at 5k/200 float(not a recovery)/300 fast/300 rec plus 45 sec rest at park)
Cooldown - 1 mile
Cones at 800, 1000, 1300
-Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the street.

-Adjust paces and intervals as needed

-For those members who are racing, please remember to wear Buffalo Chips singlet, hat, logo, and log your results into ACE incentive program.
