Warmup - 1 mile plus dynamic drills
Workout - 400 at 10k/200rec F, 800 at 10k/ 200 rec F, 2x1200 at 10k/400rec to park, 800 at 5k, 400 at 5k/200
cones at 400,600,800,1000,1200
-Adjust number of intervals and pace as needed
-Marathon training- consider running extra miles before or after the workout
Cooldown - 1 mile
-Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the road
