5 x 1000/rec 400 - first 2 at 10k pace, last 3 at 5k pace
cones at 600,1000
-Adjust number of intervals and pace as needed
-Marathon training- consider running extra miles before or after the workout
Cooldown - 1 mile
-Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the road
