Workout -
1200 at 10k/400 rec
2000 at 10k pace / 400 rec F
2-3 x 800 at 5k pace / 200 rec
cones at 400, 800, 1200
-Adjust number of intervals and pace as needed
-Marathon training- consider running extra miles before or after the workout
Cooldown - 1 mile
-Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the road
