Announcements - 5:45pm Please listen and contribute. We want to hear everyone's announcements, so please refrain from side conversations until announcements are done.
Be Alert - Wear reflective vest and headlamps. Stay to the side of the road, not more than 2 runners wide. Watch out for cars.
Warmup - 1 mile followed by dynamic drills
Workout - workout details are provided to Buffalo Chips members weekly in eblast, "News You Can Run With". See above to become a member.
