Workout
1000 at 10k/400 recover back
1000 at 10k/400 recover out and back at park
6 x 400 at 5k/200rec
cones at 400, 600, 1000, 1200
Cooldown - 1 mile
-Bring water, watch for cars, stay to the side of the street.
-Adjust paces and intervals as needed
-For those members who are racing, please remember to wear Buffalo Chips singlet, hat, logo, and log your results into ACE incentive program.
