Announcements - 5:45pm
Warmup - 1 mile and dynamic drills
Workout - 3 x 1000 at 10k/400m or 2min rec (1st and 3rd rec back, 2nd at park)
1 x 800/ rec F 200 to park plus 30 sec
3 x 400 at 5k/200m F
cones at 400, 600, 1000, 1200, 1400
Cooldown - 1 mile
Bring water, stay to the side of the street and watch for cars
