Announcements - 5:45pm - All attending tonight's event, please gather in the announcement group, listen, and contribute your tips and stories. We want to hear what you have to say!
Warmup - 1 mile followed by dynamic drills
Workout - Chips ladder 400,800,1200,1200**,800,400
The 400 and 800 at 5k with 200 slow rec and 1200s at 10K - Threshold pace with 400 rec.
**If 90degrees or hotter, follow the workout but slow the 1200s down, to simulate running a race in warm weather and enduring.
Adjust number of intervals and pace as needed
Cooldown - 1 mile
Bring water, Watch for cars and stay to the side of the road.
