Warmup - 1 mile plus dynamic drills
Workout - 2 x 600 at 5k/ 200 rec F
2x 1200 at 10k/ 400 rec
2x 600 at 5k /200 F

For those who just raced please adjust paces and intervals as needed

Advanced training- consider adding 3x 200/ rec 200 and running extra miles before or after the workout
Cooldown - 1 mile

--Wear light colored clothing and headlights, reflective vests.
Stay to the side of the road and watch for cars
Bring water
