State Park in Auburn crossing over the North Fork of the American River. Lovely views tucked into the valley.

Parking is $12 at the Kiosk! parking along road is subject to fees!
Rocky terrain wil some slopes, so bring a walking stick.
What to bring
Feel free to bring stadium seats or cushions, blankets or stools for sitting. Snacks, water, and weather appropriate clothes. Be sure to bring sun protection, however the Preserve is well shaded.
Please bring your own supplies. If you're new to watercolor, check out the videos below. I am happy to sit with first timers and answer any questions!
