I live on a corner lot. I will have rainbow signs on the front yard reading John's Party. Park on the 47th Avenue side, entrance is also on the 47th Avenue side of the house.
My entire home is acid stained cement floors. I love it but it can be slippery when wet. Please be careful if your feet are wet as you walk thru my home.
Potluck/BBQ/Pool Party. This is a clothing optional pool party.. Bring a small potluck item and (if you want) a meat/meatless item to BBQ. Drinks, ice, plates, etc provided by host. Location is South Land Park Hills in Sacramento. Two very senior cats will be in the master's bedroom suite so NO going into that part of the house. New kat (Wallace) is indoor/outdoor so he might be around (all black male kat). We do have a neighbor cat that likes joining us in the pool (see pic) LOL.

Where you find utensils you will also find burn cream, band-aids, antiseptic rinse, antibiotic Neosporin cream and other medical supplies-- if you have a bobo. Entrance to my home does have 7 steps at the entrance. No ramp/railing-etc.
If you want hard liquor BYOHL (bring your own hard liquor).
