The Writer's Room Poetry of Seasons Workshop

Sacred Voices is partnering with Lighthouse Writers Workshop and Cipriano Ortega to bring you a fun evening of poetry, music, and community!

"What's your hot take on this summer? Let's write some poetry on it! Seasons affect our creative minds. How does this heat make you? Let's explore the heat of the summer. Transport us to your winter. How do seasons affect your mental health? Let's do some seasonal writing together!"

This event features an opening musical set and talk by local musician and luthier Scott Lofquist.

Join us at Lighthouse Writers Workshop in room 204 every third Friday of the month at 6:00pm to share your voice. This month, we will be starting a little later at 6:30.

This is an all ages event. Students of all Lighthouse programs as well as everyone else are encouraged to come perform or just watch.
