Speaker: Juliana Bianes, a Whole-Foods, Plant-Based, SOS-free advice nurse—and unicyclist, will share a ton of tips on how to make whole-foods, plant-based meals delicious and healthful. Don't buy into the myth that a vegan diet is expensive. Juliana will show us how easy it is to eat well on a budget!

We're back at one of our favorite event locales: the cozy, homey Southside Park Cohousing Common House, courtesy of our host, Cohousing resident and SVS President Don Knutson.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
This is a 100%-vegan, plant-based event
- YES to the hundreds of vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, seeds, herbs, and spices available to us to create a delectable recipe from in our meat-free, fish-free, seafood-free, fowl-free, dairy-free, egg-free, honey-free, or any other animal-derived products-free offerings.

WHAT TO BRING:
- 8–10 servings of a vegan appetizer, soup, salad, side dish, entree, or dessert
- serving utensil
- recipe/list of ingredients. Please be sure to include all ingredients for those with food allergies.
All dishes, utensils, and napkins will be provided by our host.
We have full access to the kitchen—stove, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher
There is no charge for this event. Anyone who brings a vegan potluck dish is welcome to share in the potluck offerings.
