We're switching it up—the new weekend meeting time will allow more of our members and friends to join in the fun at this long-running dine-out, plus it's an opportunity to introduce more of our community to one of our region's newest vegan-friendly restaurants.

The extensive vegan menu options at Pho Fresh 2U—Elk Grove are, just like those at the sister Pho Fresh location in Rancho Cordova, created by award-winning Chef John.

Everyone is welcome. You don't have to be vegan to promote and enjoy the benefits from eating low on the food chain! Every vegan meal helps save animals, water, and the environment, and promotes better human health. And when it's this delicious, it's a win–win all around!
