Passionate about publishing and business, Colleen Holland is the co-founder of VegNews. From the company's humble beginnings in 2000, she and business partner Joseph Connelly grew the publication into an award-winning, full-color glossy magazine read in 38 countries. A graduate of UCLA and one of just six people worldwide to have been elected into both the Vegetarian Hall of Fame and the Animal Rights Hall of Fame, her background in food, marketing, and brand-building has helped create an internationally renowned media company complete with digital properties, events, and global vacations. Named one of the Top 40 Media Professionals by Folio Magazine, Colleen is an 18-year ethical vegan and can't wait to share why veganism is going mainstream with NCAAC this August.

NCAAC is the first coalition to combine all of us and by doing so, we can support each other with each of activities, speakers, business and technical expertise. Please look up online and join us! This is going to be phenomenal and we can use our numbers to help each of us succeed!Eileen Harrington, Kamal Prasad and Linda Middlesworth are Co-Organizers working to solidify all of us for this powerful coalition. We meet quarterly with the first meeting in SF with Josh from Beyond Eggs. Second meeting is here in SAC and next meeting in East Bay. Come be a part of a wonderful support team!
