Join us for a hands-on, oil-free cooking class where you’ll learn how to make your own yogurt from scratch and prepare a delicious Mediterranean meal.
In this interactive class and demonstration, you will:
- Learn the basics of yogurt-making and food science
- Practice hands-on skills like chopping, mixing, and water sautéing
- Discover a technique for making yogurt using a pressure cooker
- Explore useful kitchen tools and equipment
At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared together, plus additional offerings from the restaurant.
Class Menu
- Appetizer: Beet hummus served with a fresh veggie plate
- Salad: Homemade yogurt tzatziki & simple Greek salad
- Main: Lebanese moussaka served with pita bread and yogurt garnish
- Dessert: Choice of restaurant desserts, served with yogurt garnish
