Hello there!
Welcome to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation workshops for the beginners. 
All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner Kundalini energy. And everyone already has it! 
Sahaja Yoga Meditation, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a worldwide movement for peace and self-awakening that through a simple, time-honoured technique will reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. 
The meditation technique is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centres) and balancing the subtle body.
The classes are designed to help those attending to get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. 
It is quite effortless and spontaneous.
Together we will practice meditation and share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home. 
The classes also feature introductory talks, videos, practical workshops and general question and answer opportunities, making them perfect for seekers trying to establish a state of yoga. All the Sahaja Yoga meditation classes are free of any charge and are held on Saturdays from 11:00 AM (sharp) until 12:30PM (in English language) in our Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre, address: Grójecka Str. 70A (press intercom code:21). Meditation classes in Polish language are hold at the same place on Tuesday from 6PM till 7PM.
