SLC Mindful Hikers (Yogis, Breathers, Meditators) Meetup Group is for people that love nature, like to move their body, connect with others, and are interested in implementing mindfulness practices and breathwork more regularly into their lives. Hikes include guided meditations and breathwork to improve your strength, lung capacity, energy and mindfulness skills.

Along with hikes, I offer online and community yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness events.

About Me
I am a SLC local of nearly 2 decades, and have explored the trails by foot and skis all over the Salt Lake foothills and canyons, rain, snow and shine! I am certified in health coaching, integrative somatic trauma therapy, and Vinyasa, and Kundalini Awakening yoga. I have a 25+ year career in business development and corporate training, and now bring yoga, meditation, breathwork and wellness education to companies and individuals. I love bringing simple tools to others for creating freedom and wholeness through their own body wisdom.
