Richfield/Ephraim weekend camping trip (intermediate)

Even though I've never been to these areas before, I've been reading about how good some of the trails are, and the fact is only about a 2hr+ drive from SLC make it a perfect weekend destination.

Plan is to leave the SLC area around 7am in order to arrive to Ephraim and start riding by no later than 10am.....after we done riding we will grab some lunch and move to the rainbow hills area for some easy riding and look for a camping spot where we will spend the night.
Sunday morning we will grab breakfast and head north towards Ephraim to explore the trails in that area. Once we are done, we'll head back home.
If you arrive Friday evening you will be all set for the AM ride on Saturday (and perhaps you can share a camping spot for that evening). Otherwise, if you decide to drive on Saturday we can caravan together from the SLC area or just meet by the trailhead shown below.

We will explore the Richfield trail on Saturday AM so plan to be on the trails by 10AM. As I said I've never ridden there, so we will follow trailforks:
Richfield trails:
Kiln-it / Cairn-age / snake bite / middle cottonwood / faulty / juniper drop
Rainbow hills trails:
Twist / race loop / north canyon
Ephraim Trails:
Flume/Pioneer trails (shuttle not sure if is snow clear) if we have enough cars to shuttle - or Trails at the quail trail area.
