Bobsled – Salt Lake City's Urban Classic
We’ll meet at Popperton Park and start climbing up the paved path that turns into gravel and eventually joins the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. The climb is steady with some minor tech and a couple of punchy sections as we wind our way to the top of Bobsled.
Once we hit the top, get ready for one of the most fun descents on the Wasatch front. Bobsled is a fast and flowy ravine-style trail packed with big berms, playful rollers, and optional drops and jumps—some over old cars, others into natural features. Everything has ride-around options, making this trail great for newer riders to progress and more advanced riders to push their limits.
This ride is ideal for intermediate riders or beginners looking to level up. We’ll take breaks to regroup before the descent, and then fly down through the trees and back into the city.
