What we’re about

Goal:
The Men’s Separation & Divorce Support Group is a respectful, supportive space for men who are considering, going through, or recovering from separation or divorce. Our aim is to offer a grounded community where men can process their experiences, gain emotional support, and develop practical tools for navigating this major life transition.

Who Should Attend:
This group is for men at any stage of separation or divorce—whether you’re weighing your options, currently navigating the process, or rebuilding life after. If you’re facing challenges with co-parenting, emotional overwhelm, legal or financial stress, or simply seeking clarity and connection, this space is for you.

What to Expect:
Our monthly gatherings are built to support men through the emotional and logistical realities of divorce and separation. Each session includes time for reflection, discussion, and practical skill-building. Topics and activities may include:

• Grounding Techniques – Tools to manage stress, anger, and overwhelm

• Effective Communication – Approaches to having tough conversations with ex-partners, children, family, and colleagues

• Problem-Solving Together – Group discussion around common issues like custody, finances, and loneliness

• Open Support – A confidential space to share, listen, and learn from each other without judgment
