Pre-Registration is REQUIRED. RSVP here - https://luma.com/omcwp6bs
## How do you build an AI-native app with an unfair advantage?
Launch in months using free tools, open source, and the backing of seasoned operators.
Join ODSC AI and super{set} for an evening of tactical insights into the reality of building AI-native companies from the ground up. We’re moving past the hype to show you exactly how high-growth startups are engineered - not just advised.
## Agenda
- 5:00pm – 5:45pm: Doors Open & Networking (Drinks & Light Bites)
- 5:45pm – 6:45pm: Talk "How do you build an AI-native app with an unfair advantage?"
- Featuring Vivek Vaidya and Gal Vered
- 6:45pm – 7:15pm: Interactive Q&A
- 7:15pm – 7:30pm: Closing Remarks & Final Networking
## The Session
Most founders get stuck in the "idea maze." super{set} Signal is a 3–5 month co-creation program designed to break that cycle. It’s hands-on company building where founders and operators build product MVPs through rapid, grueling, and rewarding learning cycles.
We’re pulling back the curtain on Checksum.ai, a super{set} portfolio company. Co-founder Gal Vered will share how he went from identifying a massive bottleneck in software quality at Google to building an autonomous testing platform that now serves over 500 users.
Vivek Vaidya will walk through the "unfair advantages" available to Signal founders, including:
- The AI Stack: Accessing open-source tooling like Majordomo, a dedicated control plane for AI stacks.
- Built to Scale: Using scaffolding designed for live product adoption from Day 1.
- Inside the Forge: A raw look at the earliest stages of company building inside the super{set} ecosystem.
## Logistics
- Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026
- Time: 5:00pm – 7:30pm
- Location: 140 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA
## Featured Speakers
Vivek Vaidya, Founding General Partner, super{set}
A seasoned operator and investor specializing in data and AI-driven company building.
Gal Vared, Co-founder at Checksum.ai

Below the Waterline: The Hidden Engineering That Decides Agentic AI ROI
·OnlineOnlineAdd to your calendar: https://hubs.li/Q04ftPyG0
Speaker: Nikki Rouda, Senior Director Product Marketing at DataRobot
Agent demos are everywhere. Agentic AI that delivers real enterprise ROI is not. The gap isn't the model or the framework — it's everything below the waterline.
This session examines the three foundational problems every team must solve before production ROI is possible: the developer experience of making agents enterprise-ready, agent identity and authorization for non-human actors, and the token economics to manage spend/increase utilization. None of this work is value-accretive by itself, yet each is a gating condition for the outcomes the business actually asked for.

WEBINAR "Elevate Data and AI Agent Security with GitLab and Google Cloud"
·OnlineOnlineAdd to your calendar: https://hubs.li/Q04dbbQh0
Speaker#1: Regnard Raquedan, Senior Ecosystem Solutions Architect - Global Lead at Gitlab
Speaker#2: Rajesh Agadi, Principal Architect at Google Cloud
As software supply chains grow more complex, patchwork security tools and siloed data make it harder to keep pace with modern threats. This webinar explores how teams can confidently secure data pipelines and AI agent deployment, unlocking advanced, built-in security capabilities that are tightly integrated across the DevSecOps lifecycle and optimized for BigQuery in Google Cloud.
We’ll walk through how developers can use tools that strengthen application and cloud security with capabilities like security scanning, risk visibility, and policy-driven compliance while leveraging a DevSecOps approach and cloud infrastructure, identity, and analytics.
Join this session and learn how to:
- Evolve from pipeline visibility to end-to-end risk management
- Consolidate security tooling while improving developer experience
- Automatically enforce security and compliance policies across GitLab and Google Cloud environments
- Use GitLab + Google Cloud together to secure your code, workloads, and software supply chain at scale
