Framed Essence™ is a place to share that which moves your soul to dance.
An image can express what words cannot—a feeling, inspiration, intuition, deep wisdom, a question, a memory, a symbol, a spark of transformation, something we ought to forgive, let go of, or simply something that quietly moves us.
Here, we share those images with each other and speak about them. They may be handmade, photographed, digitally created, AI-generated, discovered, symbolic, simple, or elaborate. Artistic experience is never required. What matters is the meaningful essence the image carries for you.
Framed Essence™ welcomes people of all faith traditions, spiritual paths, and personal philosophies. We come together not to sell, persuade, or critique, but to experience what others see—to witness, reflect, listen, and discover how differently, and often how similarly, we perceive the spiritual dimension of life.
Each gathering may explore an optional theme, while leaving room for whatever speaks to you personally.

A Spark Within is a virtual Framed Essence gathering where we explore spirituality and inner meaning through visual expression. You may share a spiritually meaningful visual with others:
- AI-generated imagery
- artwork or photography
- symbolic designs
- handmade creations
- an image you’ve found that spiritually inspires you
- and more
What touches you on a spiritual level? By sharing you allow others to encounter your inner vision through something that already holds meaning for you.
You might speak about:
- its essence or symbolism
- what it evokes or causes you to reflect upon
- its significance or a feeling it represents
- the inspiration behind it
- a related quote, verse, or scripture from any faith tradition
- or simply whatever meaning it holds for you
No artistic background is required, and presenting is optional —you may simply listen and join in the discussion.
Optional theme: Inner Light — You may focus on visuals of this theme, but you are entirely welcome to share any visual that carries spiritual meaning for you. This month, it is inner light.
People of all faith traditions, spiritual paths, and personal philosophies are welcome. We’ll close with a brief meditation centered on one shared image selected by the group.
