Technique All Levels: This class is designed to lay a strong foundation in the art of dancing in high heels. Each session starts with a comprehensive warm-up, focusing on essential elements such as proper footwork, impeccable posture and alignment. Learn to walk with confidence, creating elegant lines and mastering show-stopping sequences that flow seamlessly with the music.

No prior experience required; it is designed for newcomers eager to explore the artistry and empowerment of dancing in high heels.

What to Bring:

• If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear stilleto booties open toe between 3.5″ to 4″ heel to start and work your way to a higher heel. We also suggest heels with strong ankle support.
• Bring an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great.
• Knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.
