This group is for people who want to make their health and well-being a priority. I created this group to help people have a place to go (and people to be with) to learn and engage in healthy behavior.
We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Holistic Health.
Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul on this journey of wellness and self-discovery.

Gina's Monday Night Messages from your higher self in the Salt Cave
Synchronicities, 9419 South Union Square, suite A, Sandy, UT, USDuring this intimate salt cave experience, Gina guides you into a deeply relaxed meditative state using sound and halotherapy. As your nervous system softens and you vibrations rises, she intuitively connects with your Higher Self and gently communicates personal messages, insights, and confirmations that arise during the session.
Each experience is unique. Many leave feeling lighter, grounded, and reassured in their next steps.
These events are limited to 10 participants each for comfort and enjoyment of laying directly on the sand if desired.

Synchronicities, 9419 South Union Square, suite A, Sandy, UT, USThese sound bath meditations are designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the mind, body, and spirit, and alleviate symptoms of what might be identified as depression and anxiety. This therapy combined with the healing atmosphere of 10,000 lbs. of Himalayan salt & halo-therapy, will leave you feeling centered and whole.
Please note that These events allow 10 participants each.

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
