    This class is for you, the beginner, intermediate and experienced advanced rider, looking to lay the proper foundation that will greatly enhance your MTB riding.

    Let our ICP Certified skills instructors take your ride from "MEH" to "YEAHH!"

    We'll cover:

    * Pre-ride bike check
    * Trail etiquette
    * NEW! 4-Core Principles of Mountain Biking
    * Trail ride with brief stops to discuss features and choosing a line while you hydrate.

    Gear UP!

    * Bike that is ready to roll (please no folding bikes, ten speeds, beach cruisers)
    * Helmet is mandatory
    * Protective eyewear (glasses/goggles)

  • San Tan Regional Park Ride: Calling all Mountain Bikers!

    San Tan Mountain Regional Park

    Led by Maximus, an BICP Certified Ride Leader.

    We will be hosting a NO-DROP mountain bike event for intermediate riders. Come along with us on a mountain bike ride that has a modest amount of technical difficulty and physical effort—perfect for riders who are already confident on their bikes but are eager for a new challenge. The ground may be rocky and have ups and downs, as well as roots and the occasional logs or boulders that get in the way. Participants should be experienced cyclists who aren't afraid to ride at moderate speeds on terrain that isn't too hard or too easy. Please bring enough water, food, and suitable clothing since our ride will cover a distance of 8-10 miles.

    Don't worry if you're just starting out on the trail and need some advice; our group is helpful and encouraging, and we're always delighted to pass along what we've learned. We'll take care to ride at a pace that's agreeable to everyone in the group. Join us for a fantastic day of mountain biking on the trails; just bring your bike and an appetite for adventure.

    WHEN: Wheels down at 8am. Arrive by 7:45 a.m.

    WHERE: San Tan Regional Park, on the east side of the parking lot, near the tree.

    STUFF TO BRING:

    · Everyone MUST wear a helmet, and the straps should be adjusted correctly.

    Attention all road bike enthusiasts!

    We will be hosting a NO-DROP road bike cycling event for intermediate riders.

    We will be rolling through some of the most beautiful and scenic routes in the area, so be prepared for a visually stunning ride. From there, we will set off on our journey, which will take us through hills, valleys, and stunning vistas. We will be riding about 32 miles, so be prepared for a good workout. In addition to the breathtaking scenery, there will be plenty of opportunities for socializing and meeting fellow cyclists. We encourage everyone to bring a positive attitude, as this will be a fun ride for everyone.

    Stuff to bring:

    • Everyone MUST wear a helmet and straps should be adjusted correctly.
    • Appropriate bike in good working order.
    • Basic tools:
    • A portable pump
    • An extra tube or patch kit
    • Tire levers
    • Reflective equipment:
    • Reflective tape or lights (front and rear)
    • Bright clothing (visible to drivers)
    • Food (energy bars, gels, any kind of high-carbohydrate snack)
