What we’re about
Welcome to Scrambled Legs and a Pint.
We are primarily a hiking group with the aim to hike, paddle, camp and even enjoy a pub, cafe or anywhere that will take us! <br>Also, in this time of hardship, we as a group are proud to be using half of the proceeds to support local food banks and soup kitchens. Any donations on top of walk fees are welcome, be the spare change or (non-perishable) food items dropped off at the walk.
If you enjoy a good banter, great company, being outdoors with similar folk and most importantly fun and laughter, we may just be the group you are looking to get involved with.
Come prepared with a hot drink and a smile! All we ask is respect for fellow hikers and the environment we all enjoy so much.
If you have any questions please message one of the co-organisers or myself and we will be more than happy to help.
Whether you're a first timer or a seasoned regular, you will always be made to feel very welcome.
Let the fun begin! 😊

**TASTER SESSION**
Join us for a 10km trail hike at an energetic pace with Thom, a wellbeing expert and lifestyle coach. Get your health questions answered and maybe walk away with a new perspective on how to manage your own wellbeing!
Set in the lovely Forest of Dean, this will be an energetic adventure, getting your blood pumping and endorphins flowing - but, rest assured, nobody will be left behind. Terrain will be forest gravel roads and the occasional track but conditions are dry, so no mud! We will try and cover 10km/6miles in around 2 hours, so be prepared for a brisk pace.
About Thom: Thom has developed a system that leverages our fundamental habits - eating, sleeping, breathing, moving, relating and creating - and helps bring them into alignment to increase coherence of the mind and body. He carries a lot of expertise in nutrition and supplementation as well as fitness and personal transformation, derived from many years spent working on his own spiritual, mental and physical growth. As this is a taster session, it is free of charge but any donations received will go straight to New Start Cat Rescue.
Meet at Spruce Ride Car Park at 10:45 am for a prompt 11am start.
