Find And Fix Your Agile Anti-Patterns, With AI!
Details
Is your team truly agile? Most agile dysfunctions don't announce themselves. They creep in quietly, dressed up as process compliance, feature delivery deadlines, and people too busy for retrospectives. In this hands-on mini-workshop, participants will use a diagnostic assessment from Agile Meets AI: A Pragmatic Guide for Modern Teams to surface the anti-patterns most likely to threaten a team's agility.
But diagnosis is only the beginning. In the second half of the session, we'll explore how AI can help teams do something with what they find. Moving from "we know the problem" to "here's our experiment for next sprint." Participants leave with a prioritized improvement target and practical AI-augmented strategies to act on it immediately.
