LE PETIT DINER EN BLANC - All White - get your WHITE outfit now

Date: Sunday June 22, 2025
Time: set up tables 3PM (ARRIVE EARLY TO PARK).
Main Band Concert: 5-7pm
Where: Location will be provide 1 week prior to Event - check your Messages.

• This event is a flash picnic.
• It takes a little planning to make sure the evening unfolds beautifully!
• Before the Event
• You will need a square folding table and two white folding chairs
• White table cloth - White cloth napkins.
• Dinner: the evening centers around a fantastic self-catered picnic.
• We recommend that you bring a combination of starters, main courses, and desserts to enjoy and share (desserts only).
• Decorations
• Creating a lovely ambience is essential for the best Dinner experience. Get creative with table decor and place settings! You may want to bring flowers, dishes, silverware, place cards, and pictures to dress up your table. We suggest browsing through past events for inspiration.
• Additional lighting options must not require electricity. Don’t forget white napkins to wave at the kickoff to dinner!
• Attire
• Dress in white is the only dress code requirement. Coming dressed head to toe in all white is a nod to the simplicity of the event concept. It is elegant but unfussy, and creates part of the magic of the evening.
• The Evening
• Seating is first come, first served. Each finding seats together. Smaller parties will share tables, so please plan your decorations accordingly.
• Dinner and Music - Enjoy dinner and drinks along with other guests as live music plays in the background and yes Dancing is part of this unique event. Stroll through the venue to see the creative table decor and meet new people.
• Cleanup – Leaving no trace behind adds to the mystery of the evening. Bring trash bags for clean up and take as much trash home with you. Trash facilities are available at the site but fill up quickly.
• You are responsible for your table’s cleanliness.

After 8pm get home safely, use a Designated Driver, taxis, Uber/Lyft.
