Lake Union 10k

Hi All!
Are you participating in this years Lake Union 10k? Please RSVP and join in for the team photo at 7:25am by the fountain at South Lake Union Park.

The race begins at 8am and we've been asked to provide pacers for the event after a couple years off from pacing this race. The race organizers have requested the following paces:
