Yoga with Courtney - Gentle Yoga + Sack Lunch Chat

Bring your mat, and a sack lunch! Join Courtney to move your body, explore postures that release tension, encourage mobility, gently strengthen, and generally just feel really good. After class, grab your sack lunch and enjoy a meal and chat together. All ages and genders are welcome at this class. This class may involve laying on the floor, seated, and standing postures, but there will be ample time to move from one pose to the next.
