Morality Matters: Capital Punishment

Details

This month we will demonstrate a sound, moral, and scientific solution to the question of Capital Punishment.

All good science has the ability to predict the future. A Science of Morality is no different. Using science we will gather evidence, propose a testable hypothesis, run an experiment, and determine if society should impose the death penalty onto it's citizens.

How will we determine scientifically if the death penalty is morally sound? We will engage with evidence to determine if state sanctioned murder promotes flourishing and thriving or causes suffering.

We will look at both objective moral evidence and subjective moral evidence to make our determination. By implementing the scientific method as our moral system, we will be able to prescribe a sound, humane, and moral solution to society's problems. Thus, harnessing the power of a true Science of Morality.

Let's answer this question and more in this months round table. Please join us.

As always, this is a round table event where I look to engage with my audience to better understand their thoughts on these topics. Your encouraged to speak freely. I am currently writing a book about the Science or Morality and conduct these round table events each month to better understand how people react to this new science with the goal of improving my book.
