AARP Tax-Aide

AARP Tax-Aide will be preparing tax returns at no cost to taxpayers at the Secular Hub on Thursdays. We will be open from 9:30 - 2:00 on Thursdays from February 5 through April 9, 2026.. Appointments are strongly recommended as walk-ins will be limited.

Our appointment system will open on January 20 and can be accessed online at: cotaxaide.org/appt

We do have some scope limitations on the returns we can prepare.
Examples of scope limitations:
Taxpayers must have been full time Colorado residents during the tax year.
No cryptocurrency trades during the tax year.
No self employment businesses with additional employees or that operated at a loss for the year.

There will be additional information provided on scope and on the required documents when appointments are made. If unable to access the appointment system online, you may call 720-446-8039 and leave a message. Calls will be returned a couple times a week. If at all possible, please use the online system.
