Speaker: Natasha Adler
BIO: Natasha Adler serves as the Program Director at the Rose Andom Center, Denver’s Family Justice Center, which provides coordinated services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. In her role, she oversees key initiatives including the Domestic Violence Fatality Review, Children and Youth Services, Advocacy Programs, and community partnerships.
With extensive experience across the justice and advocacy landscape, Natasha has delivered more than 150 presentations on gender-based violence to diverse audiences including religious and LGBTQIA+ organizations, healthcare professionals, researchers, students, legal professionals, and housing providers. She is also a frequent presenter at state and national conferences, drawing on her work within the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility and her expertise in intimate partner violence.
In addition to her leadership at the Rose Andom Center, Natasha provides instruction at three phases of training at the Denver Police Academy, lectures in the Criminology Department at the University of Colorado Denver and serves as an expert witness in domestic violence cases.
Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminology with an emphasis in Pre-Law from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
In recognition of her deep commitment to survivor advocacy and community collaboration, Natasha is the 2025 recipient of the Heart of the Community Award.
