In-person co-working for accountability & body-doubling so that we can get what we need to do done & have more time for what we want to do! 🙌🏼
Typical Co-working Session Structure:
- First 10 minutes: Social/introductions - hellos, grab drinks, get settled in
- 10 minutes: Goal setting - share what you hope to get done today
- 1 hour, 20 minutes: Focus - individually work on our goals, together
- 10 minutes: Wrap up - celebrate our progress & good byes
- 1 hour: Optional lunch - eat lunch together or do your own thing
Total focus time: 1 hr. 20 min.
About me: I’m ADHD and have found co-working & body-doubling very helpful! I’m new to SF (Nov. 2025), currently switching careers, and am taking an online course for UI/UX, which is what I’ll mostly be working on during these sessions.
