SF Content Creators is back! Our all new panel of 2018 talks kicks off with some creators we’re very excited to feature: Territory Studios. Join Creative Director Marti Romances as he breaks down, displays, and explains a sensational portfolio of work, primarily in the realm of FUI, GUI, and beyond. See what it takes to make fictional user interface for feature films, from concept to execution from one of the best in the business. Marti will show design for film projects that run the gamut in terms of scope and need. From the validated and authentic screen designs need for The Martian, to the joyful zeal and goofy tone of Guardians of the Galaxy, Marti and Territory Studios have delivered all sorts of projects at all sorts of scales. Marti is eager to share his work, but also his knowledge with a Q & A session to discuss VFX, Motion Graphics, Interactive projects and also working in Spain, London, and San Francisco.

As a bonus, Marti is going to reveal some work not yet shown to the public from a small indie director who has a name that rhymes with “Steelberg” so be sure to catch this talk!

Also at this meeting will be SF Content Creators hosts Colin Evoy Sebestyen and Jim Tierney. Colin will talk about the changes to the format of the user group and the vision for the Meetup moving forward into 2018. Jim will break down some sweet stuff he’s got going on at Digital Anarchy. Transcriptive is an amazing video transcription plugin that will vastly speed up the transcription process and Jim’s going to show of some use cases from users.
