About us
Founded in June 2002, The San Francisco-Oakland Euchre Club is one of the oldest & largest of its kind on the West Coast. Brought together by our love of Euchre, most of us are transplants - mainly from the Great Lakes, Midwest & Canada - with a growing contingent of locals, too!
We play 4x a month and have an easy to remember schedule:
- 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month in San Francisco at Rudi's Sports Bar in The Mission.
- 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month in Oakland at Mad Oak Bar near Lake Merritt.
Both venues are very near BART stations and have food available.
If you're new to Euchre, you'll need to know how to play before coming to an event. That being said, it's very easy for you to learn beforehand!

Due to our annual Bar-B-Qchre date landing Saturday 10/17, we're adjusting our October event dates so that they're spaced out more ideally as follows:
- SF 1st Tuesdays October 10/6 MOVED to 9/29
- OAK 2nd Tuesdays October 10/15 MOVED to 10/8
- SF 3rd Tuesdays October 10/20 MOVED to 10/13
- OAK 4th Thursdays October 10/22 NO CHANGE
Rudi's is located near the corner of 16th Street & Valencia just a short walk from the 16th Street Mission BART Station and several MUNI lines.
