Photography Crawl - Protests and Rallies Around the Bay Area

Details
It looks as if this Saturday, June 14, will be another important day for protests and rallies around the Bay Area. Traffic and public streets may be affected in unexpected ways. So we wanted to make room for our members to choose whether to go out and whether to attend any of the events that they feel strongly about. There will be plenty of street photography to do to document the day's events if you choose to. Think of it as documenting history.
Follow all safety protocols for documenting events and participating in these events. Be sure to share what you capture on this page for the rest of the group to see and comment. Look for emotions and interactions but be careful to respect personal privacy. Look for powerful signs. Look for interesting costumes. And be aware of your surroundings. Be careful.
As always, whether you're a serious amateur or a seasoned professional we're here to encourage you to share your photography as you develop your ideas, whatever your experience level. Workshop your talent with us to develop your portfolio while sharing insights with mentors, peers, and potential collaborators. No soliciting, please.
Get involved in a photography crawl or a live workshop right here in San Francisco and build your photography portfolio with hands-on coaching. Build an impressive portfolio that shows off your abilities as you gain confidence and skill with your equipment.
We ask for a $5 donation to help support the ongoing management of this event for the community. Feel free to bring cash to the event or you can use this link to offer your donation in advance: https://www.paypal.me/khaledphotography or if you don't have a Paypal account you can also use Venmo: @khaled-sayed-2
As usual, we would love to see you post your images to the Meetup group page gallery afterward.
