Sunday Prime Rib Dinner at Lolinda: Table for 6 ($25 deposit)
Details
SF Foodies frequently visit some of San Francisco’s better known prime rib houses. But in the last year there is a new player in the prime rib market – Argentinian steak house Lolinda.
Lolinda only offers their prime rib dinner on Sunday, and it must be pre-ordered in advance. I pre-ordered 6 prime rib dinners. So while you can order additional items from the menu, you must order the prime rib.
Chefs Alejandro Morgan and Juan Torres work together to create a curated menu that combines Latin American flavors with California sensibilities. The prime rib is slow roasted and expertly carved, served with side dishes that rotate seasonally. The dinner, including sides, is priced at $68 per person.
You will also be able to choose from inventive Argentine-inspired cold and hot appetizers and desserts, as well as an extensive cocktail and wine menu.
Costs
Everyone is responsible for the food and drinks they order, unless the group decides to order shared items and split the cost. No separate checks. Please be prepared to reimburse the host via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. The prime rib entree will be $68 ($91 with tax, mandate, and tip).
The $25 deposit covers the restaurant’s no-show fee. I will reach out to collect it via Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay about a week before the event. If you attend, it will be deducted from your bill.
