Lord Stanley's: Table for Four: 10 Year Anniversary Sendoff

Built on top of what was my favorite San Francisco Thai Curry House, remodeled and became an elegant light to behold. A modern dining room and semi-open kitchen. Their aged fish and beef hang in a glass case showcasing aging and curing process for beef and fish.

Originally opened in 2015 under chefs Rupert and Carrie Blease, but in 2021 was purchased by the Bleases and Michael Goldman under chef Nathan Matkowsky creating a French with Korean influence experience. (SFGate)

Lord Stanley's is closing on May 31st. I was able to secure a table for four, they are having a special prix fixe representing their best dishes from the past ten years.

From the beginning their name represents where love blossomed, they achieved accolades only a few chefs and restauranteurs can brag; Lord Stanley's blossomed. Now, in their autumn, they close their doors and San Francisco, LA and perhaps more ponder what these fantastic teams will do next.

This event is full, but a treat awaits for any who are able to eat there before the end.

Administrative Trivia
Dinner is $150 per person prix fixe, alcoholic drinks can easily increase this average. Dress is *special*. Each diner is responsible for their own orders and costs but we will have to consolidate and divvy up the final bill accordingly.

Taxes and Fees
Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and possibly an employee health mandate (5%), a tip (20%) will be automatically added because of the size of our party, even on individual bills.

Parking and Transportation
Muni 14, 47, 49, street parking is rare, but available.
