On this Earth Day, join me at a fairly new restaurant located in Noe Valley; Ingredients. Birthed from Chef Owner Shuk Dev Tamang's culmination of sustainability, community, and a deep respect for his culinary heritage. An origin story beginning in Kathmandu, spanning the globe, and landing in San Francisco. See more about his journey and the menu here.
Featuring a variety of shareable appetizers and salads such as Kathmandu Chicken Momos, Grilled Asparagus, Californian Beets with Herbed Goat Cheese to enticing entrees Latin Inspired Carne Asada, Australian Rack of Lamb, or Wild Mushroom Risotto. Menu features Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and nut free options.
Reservations guaranteed on my credit card. Attendees and Waitlist alike please be attentive of your RSVP status, be courteous and update to "Not Going" at least 24 hours prior to the event if you are not able to attend.
Cost for appetizers and shared plates will be divided amongst attendees. Individual plates, beverage, supplements are responsibility of the individual. Take raw bill x1.35 for your total payment. Please expect to pay $65 per person. Organizer will manage one singular bill and form of payment for the check. Please be prepared to pay the organizer by Cash, Venmo, AppleCash.
