Alexander's Steakhouse
Chef Oleg Sheyner’s journey in Michelin kitchens across Europe shaped his classical French techniques that would serve as the cornerstone of his culinary repertoire, enabling him to incorporate those classic techniques into modern cooking.
Settling in San Francisco, Chef Oleg found a new home at Rich Table, bringing a fresh perspective to the city’s dining scene. He later contributed to launching RT Rotisserie, earning acclaim for his approachable yet refined cuisine.
At Alexander’s Steakhouse, Chef Oleg continues to redefine classic dishes with his unique interpretations, inviting diners on a journey of taste and tradition.

Taxes and Fees
Dining in San Francisco has a sales tax (8.625%) and an employee health mandate (6%), a tip (20%) may be automatically added, even on individual bills. I calculate each diner's orders separately unless the meal is shared or family style, and round up.
