Chef Marc Zimmerman SUPERPRIME
Formerly Yokai a sleek, high-end Japanese listening bar and charcoal grill known for serving premium Japanese whisky, and binchotan-grilled skewers.
Superprime embraces the same aesthestic and features a few of Yokai's menu favorites, but is uniquely its own.

Courtesy of their webpage: "An insatiable passion for the best beef on the planet. Crafted by Chef Marc Zimmerman, sonically elevated by vintage JBL audio, and accompanied by a robust beverage program featuring Japanese whisky and boutique wine and spirits. "

Superprime is truly focused on beef with an extensive menu featuring Japanese A5 Wagyu; Pictured is Full Blood Austrialian. Not into beef? Select from Chilled and Raw, Poached Halibut, or grilled Duck Breast . Perhaps savory side items such as fried wild rice or roasted beets will satiate your palate?
